Several members have brought to my attention Rep. Jamie Raskin’s (D–MD) form to make Freedom of Information Act requests of DOGE and its alter ego, the U.S. Digital Service. To save you a few clicks, I’m putting it below. Note that it appears to require a ”wet“ signature (for grumpy old fountain pen users like me, it really is wet) and goes by snail mail. Rep. Raskin asks that after you mail it, you also let his office know at this link. He promises to keep you updated. Whether he will also badger you for contributions, I can’t say. (He doesn’t need them; he is in a very Blue district.)
Andy, I and at least one other have a question about how to best address the envelope since both the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency and the United States Digital Service are addressed, though to the same address. Should we send a letter to each, or is putting both departments okay given that it might create confusion and negate our communication? Thank you. Isabella DiBari

As I understand it, the Trump Admin has been renaming organizations, mostly for technical legal smokescreen that courts won’t buy anyway. I would leave the letter salutation as is, and address the envelope in any reasonable way. I don’t think two letters are needed.

Good morning,
Here are 19 posters that people can download and print. (Tried to forward this, but couldn’t get it to work.) It’s on Robert Hubbell, March 14, scroll down to Opportunities for Reader Engagement.
People may choose not to print them, but can use the ideas on them to create our own posters.
About half are “Save public education/American Science/USAID,” etc Others are like “Nobody Elected Musk” and “Don’t Buy A Swasticar”
Be well. See you later this afternoon. Ann O

Thank you. I did this but the url link doesn’t seem to work.
More importantly, I would love to start a West Berkeley Indivisible if I can drum up enough interest. How would I get started? I have organized this neighborhood for previous events so I have a pretty good list of prospects.
