  1. Oh dear. I messed up the dates and made another commitment for tomorrow, and I leave Tu for 2 months in Argentina (if my flights proceed!).. I’m so sorry to miss Andy’s post-mortem and prognosis on the possible redistricting effects throughout the country. I hope you will put some bullet points in the minutes
